Elvan Erşan graduated from Özyeğin University Faculty of Law in 2022. During her legal education, she gained practical experience in various fields, primarily private law, through summer and semester internships at different law firms. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she completed summer internships at law firms ranked in the Legal 500, working in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, and dispute resolution. She began her professional career at law firms also ranked in the Legal 500, primarily working in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets law, advising domestic and international clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and restructuring processes. She has also been involved in various capital market projects, including initial public offerings, sukuk issuances, project finance transactions, and energy investments; and served on the advisory team for the issuance of real estate certificates, considered one of Turkey's leading capital market transactions. Elvan is fluent in English and has a beginner's level of German.
