Zeynep Güven, who completed her internships at various companies in Istanbul in 2017, joined our office as a student intern in 2018. She graduated from Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2019 and continued working with us, first as a legal intern and then as a lawyer.

During her tenure at our office, Zeynep managed numerous processes for both foreign and Turkish individuals and organizations. These processes included company and branch formations, capital increases, and all related corporate changes. She also handled the preparation of shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence processes. She provided legal support to newly established companies, particularly in the industrial sector, regarding compliance with Turkish legislation and helped prevent or resolve potential disputes. In 2023, she played a significant role in a merger and acquisition process valued at USD 12,500,000, preparing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and providing legal support to the new shareholders regarding the post-acquisition management of company operations.
