Tunahan Eyüboğlu received his law degree from Kadir Has University. He completed his LL.M. degree in "European and International Business, Competition and Regulatory Law" from Freie Universität Berlin with his master's thesis entitled "The Universal Right to Open Internet Access and the Ensuring a Single Digital Market in the EU: The Net Neutrality Principle and its Effects on Data Protection Law". After completing an internship in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law at a reputable law firm in Istanbul, he started working at Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak Law Firm in March 2018. He also served as the team coach for the Marmara University International Criminal Court Competition Team.

Tunahan Eyüboğlu manages the firm's data protection and competition compliance projects and provides legal advice to numerous international and local entrepreneurs. His areas of expertise include intellectual property law, information technology law, e-commerce and media regulation, commercial contracts, and labor law. Since 2019, he has managed over 30 compliance processes and has been the principal lawyer for compliance processes in the fields of personal data, e-commerce, and information technology law for leading and globally active hotel, real estate, textile, e-commerce, retail, and telecommunications companies in Turkey.

He also provides legal consultancy to clients operating in the telecommunications, e-commerce, and retail sectors, within various legal disciplines, particularly on ISO 27701 Personal Data Management System certification.

Tunahan Eyüboğlu serves as the manager of the Labor Law Department at Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak Law Firm, leading the team's activities related to labor law cases, including mediation negotiations, review of lawsuits, and the development of pre-litigation labor law strategies. Since joining the firm, particularly during the internal restructuring process, despite having previously served as a Junior lawyer, he has played an active role in the employment law processes of his clients, primarily industrial companies operating in the retail sector. Over the past six years, he has established deep and direct contact with employment law, conducted on-site inspections at factories when necessary, and participated in negotiations for high-value employment law agreements, primarily with foreign companies. These agreements, exceeding USD 10,000,000, were conducted in full compliance with the principle of confidentiality.

Tunahan Eyüboğlu provides consultancy services to logistics companies operating abroad, and also advises on matters such as company formation in Turkey, obtaining necessary licenses from public institutions, and subsequent administrative processes. Additionally, he provides in-house legal services to clients actively involved in the retail sector one day a week.
