Ezgi Naz Çıtak graduated with honors from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law in 2021, where she studied on a scholarship. During her undergraduate studies, she gained experience in legal practice by completing summer internships at various law firms; after graduation, she completed her legal internship at a reputable law firm. In the early years of her career, she worked at a law firm specializing in various areas of private law, gaining experience in handling a wide range of disputes.

During this period, she began her master's studies in Private Law at Istanbul Commerce University; she continued part of her master's studies at LIUC – Università Cattaneo in Italy. As part of her academic work in the field of corporate law, she prepared her master's thesis entitled "Transfer of Shares in Turkish Joint Stock Company Law"; she also published an article entitled "The Place of Bearer Shares in Joint Stock Company Law in Light of Current Regulations". Ezgi Naz Çıtak completed her master's degree in 2025.

Ezgi Naz Çıtak provides litigation and legal consultancy services to clients in various fields, primarily real estate law, intellectual property law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, labor law, and commercial disputes.
