İrem Çalımcı graduated from the Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University and is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association.

During her studies, she completed internships at leading law firms recommended by The Legal 500, gaining experience in intellectual property law, labour law, commercial law and dispute resolution. She subsequently completed the Erasmus Traineeship Programme in Spain, where she worked in the legal department of an international company and gained international professional experience.

Throughout her legal career, she has worked at law firms recommended by The Legal 500 as well as in the legal department of an international insurance and financial institution. During this period, she advised clients on corporate law, commercial law, labour law, insurance law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, consumer law and dispute resolution, while actively participating in litigation, enforcement proceedings, and contract drafting and negotiation.

At Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak Attorneys at Law, she advises domestic and international individual and corporate clients on corporate law, commercial law, real estate law, foreign investments, citizenship and residence procedures, and family law. Her practice primarily focuses on company incorporations, foreign investment projects, real estate acquisitions, legal due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, and representing clients before public authorities in administrative proceedings.

She is fluent in English and has beginner-level proficiency in Spanish.
