Özkan Batıbay graduated with honors from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2025. After successfully completing the Law Professions Entrance Examination, he began his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association.

Throughout his education, he gained experience in various law fields, primarily Enforcement Law, Labor Law, and Commercial Law, through internships at different law firms.

He has an upper-intermediate level of English. Since January 2026, Özkan Batıbay has been working as a trainee lawyer at Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak, focusing on various areas including Citizenship Law, Foreigners Law, Corporate Law, and Enforcement Law.
